What we check before an Uzbekistan eVisa application is submitted
This checklist explains how we check your documents, application details and travel information before submission.

1. Passport identity checks
- The biographical page is readable and not cut off.
- Full name follows the passport's machine-readable and printed details.
- Passport number, nationality and date of birth are internally consistent.
- Issue and expiry dates are entered in the correct fields.
- The selected passport type matches the travel document provided.
- Obvious glare, blur, shadow or obstruction is flagged for replacement.
2. Personal photograph checks
- The photograph and passport scan are separate files.
- The face is visible, centred and not covered.
- The image is recent-looking, clear and correctly oriented.
- Background, crop and image quality problems are identified.
- Unsupported or unreadable file formats are flagged.
- The photo is not digitally altered to change identity characteristics.
3. Travel and application checks
- Passport nationality, travel purpose and entry type agree with the chosen route.
- Arrival and departure details do not contradict each other.
- Single, double or multiple entry selection is compared with the stated itinerary.
- Email and contact fields are checked for obvious typing errors.
- Required declarations and consent are completed before submission.
- The complete payable total is shown before the payment step.
4. Correction and handoff
- We request a replacement when a supplied document is not usable.
- We do not invent, shorten or rearrange identity details to force acceptance.
- The traveller can correct detected form inconsistencies before submission.
- An application reference is preserved for confirmation, status and support.
- Email delivery is used for application updates and the final document when available.
- Additional government requests are communicated when received.

Our review is not a government pre-approval. It cannot guarantee acceptance, processing time, entry at the border or that authorities will not request additional information. Uzbekistan authorities make every visa and entry decision. Travellers may apply directly through the official eVisa portal.
